Research Methodology
Every research note is prepared through the same repeatable process, so a client can always see how a view was arrived at, not just what the view is.
1. Market structure analysis
The broader trend, key structural levels and market context are identified across multiple timeframes before any instrument is considered.
2. Technical and price action study
Candlestick structure, price action and multi-timeframe confirmation are studied. Indicators, where used, are secondary to what price itself is showing.
3. Risk framework definition
Entry, invalidation and exit levels are defined before publication, along with the risk-to-reward the idea offers. An idea without a defined invalidation level is not published.
4. Documentation and disclosure
The rationale, levels and applicable disclosures are documented with the note and retained as a record.
5. Communication of research
Research is communicated with its reasoning attached, through the subscribed channel only, so that a client can evaluate it rather than follow it blindly.
6. Review and learning
Closed ideas are reviewed against the original rationale, and the review feeds back into the framework.
Risk factors specific to this research
- Derivative and intraday research carries a high risk of capital loss and is suitable only for an aggressive risk profile.
- Levels can be invalidated by gap openings, illiquidity, corporate actions or regulatory events.
- Execution slippage, brokerage and taxes are borne by the client and are not accounted for in any illustration.

Do's: always deal with a SEBI registered Research Analyst and verify the registration on the SEBI registered list; pay attention to disclosures in research reports; pay via banking channels and maintain receipts, preferring CeFCoM where available; verify recommendations before buying or selling securities or applying in public offers; ask questions and clear doubts, especially for complex or high-risk products; know that you can stop services or give feedback at any time; report promises of assured returns to SEBI.
Don'ts: do not provide funds to the Research Analyst for investments; do not fall for luring advertisements, rumours or limited-period offers; never share login credentials for trading, demat or bank accounts.
Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
- The research services are provided by Aayush Badade, an individual SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Registration No. INH000027229.
- The service purchased under these terms consists of research recommendations only. No trade is executed, and no funds or securities are ever accepted for management.
- The fee, the subscription period and the mode of delivery are stated before payment, and no fee outside that stated amount is payable.
- Fees are payable only through banking channels to the notified bank account. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
- The subscription is personal, non-transferable, and for the client's own use. Redistribution of research terminates the subscription without refund.
- No assured, guaranteed or risk-free return is offered, and any communication claiming otherwise is not authorised.
- The client is responsible for their own trading decisions, position sizing and risk management.
- The Research Analyst may hold a position in a security covered by a research note; such interest is disclosed in the note.
- The client may terminate at any time by written notice, and the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis without any breakage charge. Termination, refund and grievance terms are set out in full on this page and are notified before purchase.
- The Research Analyst cannot execute or carry out any trade on the client’s behalf, and cannot accept funds or securities for investment under any circumstances.
- The maximum fee that may be charged is capped at the limit prescribed by SEBI/RAASB — currently ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of a client, for Individual and HUF clients, excluding statutory charges. The cap does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
- Fees are collected in advance only for the maximum period permitted under the Regulations, and longer subscriptions are billed in permitted instalments. There is no breakage fee for early termination, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded pro rata, and no fee is payable outside the amount stated at the time of purchase.
- Grievances are redressed immediately, and in any case not later than 21 days from receipt, followed by SCORES (a two-level review, first by RAASB/BSE and then by SEBI) and thereafter SMART ODR conciliation or arbitration.
- Any payment made to a bank account or UPI ID other than the one notified in writing after MITC acceptance and KYC completion is not authorised, and this practice bears no liability for it.
- Any change to voluntary clauses or documents forming part of these terms shall be preceded by a notice of 15 days.
- The client may terminate the subscription at any time by written notice. The Research Analyst may terminate on grounds of misuse or redistribution of research, or where continuing the service would breach regulation.
- These terms are governed by Indian law and by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 as amended.
Scope of Services and What Is Not Offered
Aayush Badade is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst — not an Investment Adviser, not a broker, and not a distributor. Content on this website and on any associated social, digital or messaging platform is provided for information purposes only. It does not constitute personalised investment advice and does not take into account the financial situation, objectives or risk appetite of any specific investor.
- Regulated activity offered: research and recommendations on securities, within the scope permitted to a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. This is the only activity carried on under Registration No. INH000027229.
- No trade is executed on a client’s behalf, and no funds or securities are accepted, held or managed at any time.
- No portfolio management, no financial planning, no mutual fund advisory, no insurance advisory, and no personalised investment advice is offered.
- No profit sharing, no assured return scheme, and no product carrying a guaranteed or risk-free return is offered in any form.
- Recommendations are research opinions. Apply your own judgement, or consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Fees and Payment
- The fee, the subscription period, the inclusions and the mode of delivery are stated in writing before any payment is taken.
- The same plan is offered at the same fee to every client of the same category. No individually negotiated pricing, discount or preferential rate is offered, and no client receives research earlier, more often or in more detail than another client on the same plan.
- The maximum fee chargeable is capped at the SEBI/RAASB-prescribed limit — currently ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of a client for Individual and HUF clients, exclusive of statutory charges such as GST. The cap does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
- Fees are accepted only through banking channels — bank transfer, UPI or payment gateway — into the account notified in writing. Cash is never accepted.
- No fee is linked to profits, and no performance-linked or profit-sharing fee is charged in any form.
- There is no breakage fee for early termination, and the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis as set out in the Refund Policy.
- Advance fees. Fees are collected in advance only for the maximum period permitted under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 as amended, and any balance beyond that period is neither invoiced nor accepted. Where a longer subscription is agreed, it is billed in permitted instalments rather than as a single advance.
- Payment safety: any payment made to a bank account or UPI ID other than the one notified after MITC acceptance and KYC completion is not authorised. Verify the account before every payment and keep the receipt.
KYC and Client Onboarding
- Enquiry. A prospective client makes contact, and the service, its scope, its risks and its fee are explained before anything is paid.
- Risk disclosure and acknowledgement. The risk character of the service — including, for intraday and derivative research, the high risk of capital loss — is set out in writing, and the client records a written acknowledgement of having read it. No suitability assessment, risk profiling or personalised advice is carried out: those are Investment Adviser functions and are outside the scope of a Research Analyst registration. Where a prospective client describes an objective that a research service cannot serve, the service is declined rather than sold.
- MITC and terms. The Most Important Terms and Conditions, the disclosure document and the Investor Charter are shared, and consent is recorded before the service begins.
- KYC. Name, mobile number, email, address, PAN and date of birth are collected and verified against the existing KYC record held with a SEBI-registered KRA. This verifies an existing KYC record; it does not create a new one.
- Fee payment and activation. The account is activated only after KYC verification and receipt of fees through banking channels.
- Records. Terms, consent, KYC status and client communications are retained for the period required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations.
Login credentials, passwords and OTPs for your trading, demat or bank accounts are never asked for and must never be shared with anyone, including this practice. Funds must never be transferred to the Research Analyst for investment.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
This disclosure is made under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 as amended, which require a Research Analyst to disclose the extent to which artificial intelligence tools are used in providing research services.
- Research ideas, market analysis, levels, targets, stop losses and recommendations are prepared by Aayush Badade personally, through independent human judgement. No AI system, trading bot or automated algorithm generates, selects or issues any recommendation.
- AI tools are used only for non-research support work: language and grammar checking, formatting and presentation of text, and website design, responsiveness and accessibility.
- The chat window on this website is answered first by an automated AI assistant provided by tawk.to. It answers only general questions about this practice, using the information published on this website. It does not give research, recommendations, price levels, market views or any assessment of suitability, and it cannot onboard you or accept payment. Its answers are not research and should not be relied on as such; for anything beyond general information, contact Aayush Badade directly using the details below.
- Responsibility for every research note, and for the security and confidentiality of client data, rests entirely with the Research Analyst, irrespective of any tool used.
- Clients are not profiled, scored or segmented by any automated decision-making system.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, and I do not offer refunds for the paid period of services already availed by the client. Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests to cancel the subscription, a refund shall only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the charges for the services already availed, including applicable taxes and administrative fees.
Refunds will not be provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the client’s satisfaction with the recommendations or the outcome of trades.
Investment in securities markets are subject to market risks. Profits and losses incurred due to the use of my recommendations are solely the responsibility of the client.
By subscribing to my services and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the refund policy, as well as the disclaimer, disclosure, and other terms mentioned on my website.

Who processes it on our behalf
- Client onboarding portal at research.moneyworkx.in — collects KYC details and consent records, operated for the Research Analyst under a written arrangement.
- KYC Registration Agency — a SEBI-registered KRA, used to verify your existing KYC record. This verifies a record that already exists; it does not create a new one.
- Payment processor — to the extent needed to collect and reconcile fees through banking channels.
- Email, messaging and hosting providers — used to deliver research and to serve this website.
- Web font service — this website loads typefaces from a third-party font service, which necessarily receives the IP address of your browser.
- Live chat provider — the chat window on this website is provided by tawk.to. If you use it, the provider receives your messages, your browser and IP address, and any name or email you choose to enter, and sets its own cookies and local storage to keep the conversation open across pages. Chat transcripts are retained as correspondence, on the same basis as emails and WhatsApp messages. Do not share PAN, account, demat or payment details in the chat. No other third-party script runs on these pages.
Processors act only on instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Data is never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Storage in your own browser
This website sets no advertising cookies. Apart from the live chat provider described above, which sets its own cookies to run the chat window, it writes one entry to your browser’s local storage — a flag recording that the investor disclaimer has been acknowledged, so that it is not shown again on the same browser. That flag stays on your device, is not transmitted anywhere, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
How long it is kept
Records relating to research services, client interactions, KYC verification, consent and fees are retained for five years from the end of the relationship or the date of the record, as required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and are securely deleted after that period unless a longer retention is directed by a regulator, a statutory authority or a court, or is required for pending proceedings. Enquiry correspondence from prospective clients who do not onboard is retained on the same basis, since the Regulations require records of interactions with prospective clients.
Your rights
- To ask what personal data is held about you, and for what purpose.
- To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, and to have data erased where it is no longer required and no legal obligation requires its retention.
- To withdraw consent for service communications at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, does not override the retention obligations above, and may end the ability to deliver a subscribed service.
- To nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
- To make a grievance to the contact above and, if unsatisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Requests should be sent from your registered email address and are answered within 21 days.
Security
Access to client records is restricted to the Research Analyst. Communications are sent over channels using transport encryption, devices holding client records are access-controlled, and the security of client data remains the responsibility of the Research Analyst irrespective of any processor used. In the event of a personal data breach, affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India are notified as required under the Act.

Clients may write to the support platform of the SEBI registered Research Analyst at aayush.badade@gmail.com for redressing their grievances. All grievances are acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved immediately, and in any case not later than 21 days from the date of receipt.

Accessibility Statement
This practice intends its research and compliance information to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability. Accessibility is treated as part of the service rather than an afterthought.
What has been built into the site
- Colour combinations are chosen with the WCAG contrast minimums in mind — 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements.
- The pages use real headings, landmarks and lists, so the structure can be navigated with a screen reader.
- Interactive elements — links, buttons and the expandable FAQ and methodology panels — are built to be reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Motion is switched off automatically when your operating system requests reduced motion.
- The layout is built to reflow without horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- No third-party accessibility overlay is used. An overlay does not make a site conformant, and this site does not claim conformance through one.
Conformance status and known limitations
The target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site has not been independently audited, and no claim of full conformance is made. Assessment to date has been by internal review using automated scanning together with keyboard and screen-reader checks; the most recent review was on 25 August 2026. Issues are remediated as they are identified. Content served by third parties, including web fonts, is outside direct control.
