About Me

A Registered Research Practice, Built on a Documented Process.

My interest in the Indian equity market began at home, in a family that has been invested through a long run of market cycles. That is family background rather than professional experience, and it is offered here only as context: it is what made me want to understand how capital actually behaves across an expansion and a drawdown, rather than how it is described.

That grounding was later formalised: an engineering degree, a postgraduate qualification in management from Brunel Business School in London, NISM certification, and registration with SEBI as a Research Analyst. The engineering discipline is visible in how the work is built — a defined process, documented assumptions, and a measured risk boundary on every idea.

The principle behind the practice is simple. Research is only useful if the person receiving it understands why it exists. Every note is therefore written in plain language with the reasoning left visible, so the decision stays yours. Nothing here promises an outcome — what is offered is a documented process, applied consistently, with the risk on every idea defined before it is published.

Want to know what each service covers?

Ask before you subscribe. Message on WhatsApp and you will be told what each service covers, how it is delivered, what it costs and what risk it carries. No recommendation, level or trade idea is given before onboarding and KYC are complete, and no assessment of your personal circumstances is made — a Research Analyst does not advise on suitability.

Why Us

Why It Matters Whose Research You Act On.

Anyone can post a chart and put a target on it. The question worth asking is what happens after that — who documented it, who can be held to it, and who has something to sell you. That is the practical difference between the two sides below.

With a SEBI Registered Research Analyst

  • Registration is verifiable on the SEBI website against a registration number that can be checked in a minute.
  • Every recommendation carries a documented rationale, entry, target, stop loss and the disclosures required by regulation.
  • Fees are capped and charged for research only. No commission, no brokerage, no cut of your trades — so the advice has nothing to sell you.
  • Conflicts of interest, holdings and past disciplinary history must be disclosed to you.
  • A formal grievance route exists: the analyst first, then SCORES, then SMART ODR conciliation and arbitration.
  • Records of research are retained, so a past recommendation can be reviewed after the fact rather than quietly deleted.

Where There Is No Registration

  • There is no registration number to verify, so the identity behind the recommendation cannot be independently confirmed.
  • No regulation requires a rationale, an invalidation level or a risk framework to accompany what you are told.
  • No disclosure of interest, holdings or conflicts is required, so you cannot know what the recommendation is positioned to achieve.
  • No record of past recommendations has to be created or retained, so what was published earlier cannot be reviewed.
  • The prohibition on assured or guaranteed return claims is not enforceable against a person who is not registered.
  • The SCORES and SMART ODR routes are not available, because they apply only to registered intermediaries.
Research Philosophy

Clarity Over Noise, Process Over Prediction.

I do not chase moves or react to headlines. My work is built on a repeatable framework, full regulatory accountability, and a commitment to helping you understand the reasoning behind every research note, not just follow it.

01

Structured Research

Every research note carries a documented rationale, defined levels, and a clear risk framework. You are never asked to act on something you cannot understand.

02

Regulatory Accountability

As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, my practice follows a defined regulatory framework with disclosures and a formal grievance process. Accountability is built in.

03

Education First

My goal is to make you a more capable, independent participant over time, not to keep you dependent on my research indefinitely.

Research Methodology

How My Research Is
Prepared.

01. Market Structure Analysis
Nothing is written until the broader picture is settled. That means establishing the prevailing trend on the higher timeframes, marking the levels that have actually mattered — prior swing highs and lows, consolidation boundaries, areas where volume changed hands — and reading the context around them: index behaviour, sector participation, and whether volatility is expanding or compressing. A setup that looks clean in isolation often looks very different once you know the structure it sits inside. This step exists to filter out the ideas that are technically pretty but positioned against the market they are trading in.
02. Technical and Price Action Study
Within that structure, the setup itself is examined on its own terms: candlestick formation, the way price has behaved at the level in question on previous approaches, whether the move is being led or merely drifting, and how the picture holds up when the same chart is checked across a higher and a lower timeframe. Confirmation across timeframes matters because a signal that only exists on one chart is usually noise. Indicators are used sparingly and only to support what price is already showing — never as the reason for the idea in the first place.
03. Risk Framework Definition
This is the step that decides whether an idea is publishable at all. Before anything is written, three numbers are fixed: the entry zone, the target, and the stop loss — the level at which the idea is simply wrong and the position is closed. The stop is placed where the structure invalidates, not at an arbitrary percentage, and the target is drawn from the next meaningful level rather than from a round number. Those three points produce a risk-reward ratio, and if that ratio does not justify the trade, the idea is dropped no matter how attractive the chart looks. Setting the risk before the reward is what keeps a losing month survivable, and it is the single discipline most often missing from an unexplained tip.
04. Documentation and Disclosure
Every note is recorded in writing at the time it is issued — the reasoning, the levels, the risk framework, and the disclosures required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, including any interest held in the security discussed. These records are retained for the prescribed period, which means a past recommendation can be pulled up and reviewed exactly as it was published. Nothing is edited after the fact and nothing is deleted because it did not work. That retention obligation is one of the practical protections registration gives you, and it is the reason a registered analyst cannot quietly keep only the winners on display.
05. Communication of Research
The note reaches you with the reasoning intact, in plain language: what the setup is, why it exists, where it is invalid, and what the risk-reward looks like. You are not asked to act on a level you cannot account for. If the view changes during the life of the idea — the structure breaks, volatility shifts, the level fails to hold — a follow-up note is issued rather than leaving you holding a stale position. The intent is that you could reconstruct the logic yourself and decide independently whether to take it, which is the difference between research and instruction.
06. Review and Learning
Once an idea closes — at target, at stop, or by invalidation — it is reviewed against the reasoning recorded when it was published. The question is never only whether it made money, because a good process produces losing trades and a bad process occasionally produces winners. What gets examined is whether the read of the structure was correct, whether the stop was placed sensibly, and whether the same conditions have been misjudged before. Patterns that recur across reviews feed back into the framework. That loop is why the methodology is treated as something under revision rather than a fixed formula.
What I Offer

Trading Strategies, Not Tips.

Two research services, both built on a documented process with a defined entry, target and stop loss. No unexplained recommendations. No guaranteed return promises. No brokerage or commission on anything you trade.

Standard warning: Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Trading in derivatives and intraday trading carry a high risk of loss and are suitable only for participants with an aggressive risk profile. SEBI’s published studies on individual traders in the equity futures and options segment have consistently found that a large majority of individual traders incur net losses, and that transaction costs add materially to those losses. The studies are available on sebi.gov.in. No assured or guaranteed return is offered on any service.

Nifty Intraday (Futures & Options)

Intraday research on Nifty Options for traders who want structured analysis on what to act on and when. Every research note comes with levels, context, and a clear rationale.

The fee for each plan is quoted in writing before any payment is taken, and the same plan is offered at the same fee to every client. Common Questions

Got Questions? We've Got Answers

Is your research SEBI compliant? What does that actually mean for me?
Yes. The practice is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst under Reg. No. INH000027229, enlisted with BSE as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body under Enlistment No. 7331. In practical terms that means four things for you: the registration can be verified independently on the SEBI website in under a minute; every research note carries the disclosures the regulation requires, including any interest held in the security discussed; records of published research are retained, so a past recommendation can be reviewed rather than quietly deleted; and if something goes wrong there is a defined escalation route — the analyst first, then SCORES, then SMART ODR. Registration is not a promise that a recommendation will work. It is a promise that the process behind it is documented and answerable.
Who is each service written for?
The research is written for traders and investors who want to understand a position before taking it — people who read the rationale, size the position against the stop loss, and accept a defined loss on an idea that does not work. Some market experience helps but is not required; the notes are written so that a serious beginner can follow the reasoning. What is described here is the risk character of the service, not an assessment of you: a Research Analyst does not carry out suitability assessment or personalised advice, and nothing on this website takes account of your income, liabilities, goals or risk appetite. Deciding whether a service is appropriate for your circumstances is your decision, and you may wish to take it with a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. The services do not offer guaranteed profits, assured daily recommendations, or management of your account.
What is the actual difference between research and a tip?
A tip is a bare instruction: buy this, target that. It tells you nothing about why the idea exists, what would invalidate it, or how much you should risk on it. Research is the opposite — a documented view of the market structure and the setup, a defined entry, target and stop loss, the risk-reward on offer, and the disclosures the regulation requires. The difference matters most when a position moves against you. With a tip you have no basis to decide whether to hold or exit, because you never knew the thesis. With research you know exactly which level breaks the idea, and you exit on that level rather than on emotion. Over a year, that single distinction usually separates a survivable drawdown from an account-ending one.
How do I receive recommendations after subscribing?
Once onboarding is complete — KYC verification and the written risk acknowledgement at research.moneyworkx.in — you are added to the delivery channel for the service you have subscribed to. Research notes are shared there during market hours, each one carrying the setup, the reasoning, the entry zone, the target and the stop loss, along with the required disclosures. Follow-up notes are issued if the view changes or the level is invalidated, so you are not left holding a stale idea. Nothing is sent by unsolicited telephone call, and you are never asked to transfer funds to the analyst or to share your trading, demat or bank credentials, passwords or OTPs — no legitimate Research Analyst will ever ask for those.
Do you guarantee returns or profits?
No, and this is not a matter of preference. Assured or guaranteed return claims are prohibited for SEBI Registered Research Analysts, and any person or channel offering them — including anyone using this name or registration number — is acting unlawfully and should be reported. What is offered instead is a process: a documented rationale, defined levels, and a risk framework applied consistently. Some ideas work and some do not; the stop loss exists precisely because losses are a normal, expected part of the outcome distribution. Investment in securities markets is subject to market risk, and past performance never guarantees future results. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you something other than research.
What is the refund policy?
The applicable refund terms are disclosed in writing before you pay, and are set out in full on the compliance page along with the Most Important Terms and Conditions. Fees are charged for research only and are subject to the SEBI fee cap of ₹1,51,000 per annum per family for Individual and HUF clients, exclusive of statutory charges. Payment is accepted only through banking channels into the notified account — cash is never accepted, and no payment should ever be made to a personal account or to any third party claiming to collect on this practice’s behalf. If anything about a payment request looks irregular, stop and confirm on the registered number before transferring.
Do you earn any brokerage or commission on my trades?
No. A Research Analyst is paid a research fee and nothing else. There is no brokerage sharing arrangement, no referral commission from any broker or platform, no distributor payout, and no income tied to how often you trade. That independence is the structural point of the registration: when the person writing the research earns from your activity rather than from the research itself, the incentive is to keep you trading, not to keep you right. Here the fee is fixed regardless of whether you take ten positions in a month or none. You are free to execute through any broker you choose — none is recommended, and none pays for placement.
Do you offer financial planning, insurance or portfolio management?
No. A SEBI Registered Research Analyst is authorised to publish research and recommendations on securities — what to buy or sell, at what level, with what risk. Financial planning, investment advisory, insurance distribution and portfolio management are separate regulated activities, each requiring its own registration, and none of them is offered here. That also means the research published is general in nature: it does not take account of your income, liabilities, goals or risk appetite, and it is not personalised advice. Funds and securities are never handled on your behalf, and no trade is ever executed for you. If you need financial planning or discretionary management, engage an appropriately registered professional for that specific service.
How do I get started?
Two routes. If you want to understand what a service covers before committing, message on WhatsApp — you will be told what is included, how it is delivered, what it costs and what risk it carries. No recommendation, level or trade idea is given at that stage. If you already know what you want, go directly to onboarding, complete KYC verification and the risk acknowledgement, review the Most Important Terms and Conditions, and pay through the notified banking channel. Research delivery begins once KYC verification and payment are both complete; onboarding is typically completed within two working days of receiving your documents.
